The incredible body transformations you see throughout our website aren’t because of a special training method, nor a special type of food or a secret supplement. It’s down to habitual changes in people’s lifestyle and approach to nutrition. Implementing what their coach asks them to do training effectively and efficient.

What can you expect?

During your initial consultation we want to get to know YOU. Firstly we want to find out your needs and from there we will work out exactly what it is that we are going to achieve, TOGETHER. This involves gathering basic information, a screening test and analysing your movement patterns. Based on your starting point we will work together to set your personal goals and decide on a time frame.

During each of the following training sessions you will be guided through your bespoke training programme where you will push your body to the limits. Constantly achieving better results, you’re guaranteed to leave feeling stronger, more energised and most importantly, one step closer to your final goal. 

Throughout your training programme we will regularly reassess your statistics to ensure constant and consistent progression. We’re in this together from start to finish so let us take on the complexities and simply enjoy the journey to reaching your goal.

  • We specialise in body composition transformations; our vision is now to expand and help as many people as we can achieve their goals. Complex Training understands that there are lots of misleading information online and in the media in relation to training correctly, eating healthily and lifting safely. Complex Training is here to simplify all of that and make our clients fitness journey as enjoyable and sustainable as possible.

    How often should I schedule personal training sessions?

    We recommend a minimum of two contact points a week along with constant support outside of the gym.

  • Yes, personal training can be very beneficial for beginners as it allows for a customised exercise program tailored to the individual's fitness level and goals. A personal trainer can also help beginners learn proper form and technique, which can reduce the risk of injury and ensure that the exercises are performed correctly. Additionally, we provide motivation and accountability, which can be especially helpful for those who are just starting out on their fitness journey.

    We’ve absorbed information over the years to perfect our methods and now use the most efficient and effective ways to achieve real results.

    We also have the most incredible community which makes Complex so different from any other personal training company. As part of every members personal training package we hold two weekly classes called “Sweat with Complex’ designed to test both your strength and endurance.

  • Yes, this is an important factor to us achieving successful results time and time again, helping our members feel their best. We offer nutritional guidance to support the goal you’re working towards but most importantly factoring it your lifestyle so it suits your needs.

  • Yes, although we may not promote it, we work with numerous high level athletes across multiple sports. Some of these being, football, golf, tennis, athletics, basketball, mma & grappling.

  • We do ask for a minimum commitment of two, 1 hour training sessions per week. However, once we establish those two training sessions, the rest is built around your work life/ family life/ social life.
