Our personal training gym provides bespoke fitness coaching so you know you'll be working out in a focused, private and professional space. We also provide online personal training if you are outside London or are looking for mixed in-person and online PT for women.

Our personal training gym is located in Enfield, in the Trent Park Country Club next to Oakwood Tube station, walkable from both Cockfosters and Southgate. We are a personal training gym, not a standard gym, so we recommend booking a free consultation if you are interested in seeing our studio and discussing your fitness goals.
